Abstract

Both the sales volume of aluminum cans and their recycling rate are increasing remarkably here in Japan. I will report on the sales volume of aluminum beverage cans, some methods of collecting used aluminum beverage cans. and re-utilization of collected aluminum cans. Also, I will report on some activities planned by our association to improve the recycling rate of used aluminum beverage cans.
