Abstract
Early in the morning January 17, 1995, there occurred an unexpected earthquake at the southern part of Hyogo Prefecture., which resulted in 20 millions tons of disaster wastes.
We have established a treatment plan, which consists of recycling estimated 65.5%, and burning and burying and the plan will be accomplished by March, 1997.
