Abstract

In recent years, against a background of increasing of the quantities of waste being discharged, the intensification of the shortage of medium and final disposal yards, and needs for effective utilization of resources, it is necessary to change to a Recycling socio-economy which includes saving resources and effectively utilizing of resources. This report presents an outline for the "Law for the Promotion of Utilizing of Recyclable Resources" , the "Law on Temporary Measures to Promote Business Activities for the Rational Use of Energy and the Utilization of Recycled Resources" , and the "Law for Promotion of Sorted Collection and Recycling of Containers and Packages" , which promulgated last June.
