Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to describe briefly evolution of waste management policy, especially, interested in so called packaging recycling regulation in Europe. The development of "Extended Producer Responsibility Policy" and "Environment and Competition Policy" is analyzed. Those new policy packages will be more promising tools in the future.
