Abstract

In this paper, in order to understand the toxicological phenomena of endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs), the background, definition, and method of toxicity assessment of EDCs are summarized. The precise experimental procedure and the results of the E-Screen, the reporter gene assay of MVLN cells, and the yeast two-hybrid assay are described.
