『SDGsと資源循環・廃棄物管理 –最新の動向』
“SDGs and Material Cycles and Waste Management –current status and movements”

 2015年9月に国連において採択されたSDGs(持続可能な開発目標)については、多くのアジア諸国も、取組方針を固め、具体的な取り組みを展開しつつあります。SDGsは、17の目標からなり、ジェンダー問題や貧困・平等など、幅広い概念や取組分野を含みますが、資源循環や廃棄物管理も、重要な取組に位置づけられています。例えば、食品ロスの削減や、海洋環境保全に向けたプラスチックごみの削減、資源効率性の高い物づくりなど、次の時代への転換点ともいえる取組について、一定の解決が求められています。昨年度は、その方向性について、日本及び韓国の政策や取組実態、課題に関する情報交換を行いました。今回は、日本及び韓国における具体的な議論や取り組みの進展について知見や意見を交換すると同時に、次回3RINCs(3R国際学会)開催の地であるタイからも講演者を迎え、最新の動向及び将来の展望について議論します。
