International hybrid session (poster) (at West Bld. No. 9 1F)

1. Topics: Any kind of investigations, surveys and researches in the field of material cycles and waste management. Simple English translation of the presentation in the session in Japanese will not be accepted by avoidance of double submission. Language used in International Session will be English.
2. Presentation style: Hybrid presentation. Authors are required to give the poster presentation following to short oral presentation (90 seconds). Detailed instruction will be announced at the Website of JSMCWM (https://jsmcwm.or.jp/international/). Outstanding presentation will be awarded as Excellent Research Award for International Session.
3. Person who intends to present in the International session must be (a) regular member and student member of JSMCWM who have paid the annual member fee of FY 2017 by the end of May 2017, (b) Public member, Patron member, Citizen member, Senior member with the regular member as co-author. (c)Member of Korean Society of Waste Management
4. Notice of acceptance: After reviewing by International relation committee and Academic research committee of JSMCWM, the notification will be directly sent to the author. Minor revision may be requested.
5. Schedule will be announced at the Website of JSMCWM. It will be disclosed at late July.
6. Manuscript preparation: (a) 20 mm of margin for top, bottom, right and left. 53 lines in one page. Language: English. (b)Page length: less than two. (c) Presentation title in the first page will be required for 45 mm of margin from left edge. Authors name and affiliation are shown following to one blank line by right justification. Presenter must be marked “○” before the name. Main sentences will be started after one blank line. (d) Font: 10 points of Times new Roman or compatibles. Black only. Font size of title must be bigger than 10 points. (e) Figures and Tables must be placed to be a camera-ready. Colorized figures must be well recognized in monochrome document. (f) Contact information will be shown at the bottom of the first page with section line. Name, affiliation, address, phone, email address must be shown in first line. Keywords upto five must be shown in second line.
7. Subscription: Presentation must be subscribed via website that is instructed in JSMCWM website (Application for international hybrid session). All accepted abstract will be opened on J-STAGE.
8. Subscription schedule: 8 May (Mon)- 12:00 on 19 June (Mon) (The deadline was extended.)
